What is quaid day?

Quaid Day, also known as Quaid-e-Azam Day, is a public holiday in Pakistan celebrated on December 25 each year. It is dedicated to the birthday of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founding father of Pakistan and the country's first Governor-General.

The day is celebrated with patriotic zeal and fervor, as Pakistanis pay homage to Quaid-e-Azam's tireless efforts and sacrifices that led to the creation of an independent Pakistan. Government offices, schools, and businesses are closed, and special events and ceremonies are held in various parts of the country to mark the occasion.

Quaid Day is an opportunity for Pakistanis to reflect on and remember their nation's history, identity, and vision for the future, as well as to renew their commitment to upholding the values and principles that Quaid-e-Azam stood for.
